Nasa Unveils New Space Telescope

Nasa's latest telescope is taking images unrivaled by the former Hubble Space Telescope.

August 2, 2022

Less than a month ago NASA released images of the new James Webb space telescope. The James Webb telescope has been capturing images that are far superior to the predecessor, the Hubble space telescope. These images are of the highest and deepest resolution taken of the universe according to NASA.  The new telescope uses a powerful technology known as infrared and it can see approximately 13.5 billion years back in time to observe some of the universe's original galaxies. Not only is this beneficial for observing different parts of the universe, but it can be a tool to identify the potential existence of life outside planet Earth. Below are some images captured by the James Webb Telescope.
